Whether you want to pass a Cambridge exam, get a high IELTS score, or obtain a high level of fluency to communicate with native speakers, we’ll help you improve quickly so that learning exam skills and achieving your goals comes easily.
Teaching – What will your lessons be like?
All of our English teachers are qualified and highly experienced. While each teacher has their energy, we all aim to provide dynamic lessons in which the students can talk and use English as much as possible! We carefully hand-pick our teachers based on their knowledge, passion for English, and their ability to engage students and teach with enthusiasm.
We monitor and test students’ progress regularly through continuous assessment during lesson time, homework correction and 1-2-1 tutorials. Tutorials give student personalised and detailed feedback based on their class participation and a formal test. This is to make sure you progress forward to the next level when you’re ready and don’t just wait until the end of term to move to a higher level. At Nacel English School London, we know that all students progress at their own pace this means that we make sure your learning potential is maximised and supported.
In class, our students practise what they have learned until they can speak fluently with the new words or grammar from that lesson. We use a wide range of activities, from discussion and role-play to games and quizzes.

This is the course you need if you want to make real progress in English, learning how to communicate in a lot of different situations both in London and in any English-speaking country. Classes are available to all ages and nationalities, so you’ll meet and talk to interesting people from all over the world.
Our classes will give you all the skills you need to go out and practise. During each lesson, we cover different aspects of grammar, reading, writing, speaking and listening which starts off simple and becomes more complex as your English improves. On your first day, our experts will test your English and recommend a level of study for you, from A1 (beginner) to B1+ (intermediate) to C1 (advanced). The vocabulary begins with common words and helpful phrases for living in London for those at lower levels, while, at higher levels, you will be able to discuss science, debate politics and write fiction.
Long term courses are the best way to improve your overall English fluency and give you the wide range of skills you need to enjoy English. Whether you study on an intensive schedule or in a way that fits around your other commitments.
These days, lots of schools and websites make promises like “learn English in 6 months” or “learn how to write a novel in English in 4 weeks”, but we all know that learning a language takes time and effort. Of course, you can make lots of progress in a few weeks or months, quickly learning how to chat, get what you want in shops, etc. Although full mastery of the language takes a bit longer, it’s much faster and more fun to learn in our school in London where you are surrounded by opportunities to practise your English with native speakers.
The longer you study with us, the cheaper your lessons are! So, booking a month unlocks cheaper prices per lesson than booking for a week- check out our price list to see how much you can save! Additionally, studying for more than six weeks with us gives you access to our 1-to-1 tutorials and ongoing testing to give you support and detailed feedback on you progress.
