The newly refurbished apartments are ideally located a 5-minute walk from Woodside Park underground station (a 20-minute walk to school, a short bus ride, or 2 stops on the underground). They are surrounded by shops and supermarkets, a few minutes from the underground and several bus routes.

Description

The apartment is decorated in a modern style with a lounge and kitchenette, and free wireless broadband. It has tea and coffee making facilities, a TV, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, combination washer/dryer, electric hob and more. It has a private bathroom with shower, and a laundry service is available.

Accommodation placement fee: £55

Prices per apartment, per night:

• One-bedroom apartment (max 2, per night) £180 per night
• Two-bedroom apartment (max 4, per night) £250 per night

• Minimum age: 18 (students aged below 18 accepted if accompanied by a responsible adult).
• Minimum stay: 1 night.

Cancellations before arrival. Once accommodation is confirmed, cancellation, postponement or curtailment of stay will incur a penalty depending on the notice given:

• More than 3 working days prior to arrival: the £55 placement fee is non-refundable.
• Less than 3 working days prior to arrival: 1 night charge (the £55 placement fee is non-refundable).

Cancellations after arrival: non-refundable.
