Accommodation placement fee: £55

Prices per week, per person - self-catering (shared kitchen):

• En-suite Single room £390 per week per person
• En-suite Twin/Double (shared occupancy) £285 per week per person
• Single room (shared bathroom) £360 per week per person
• Twin/Double (shared bathroom) £270 per week per person

• Two fully equipped kitchens (fridge freezers, washing machine, hob, microwave, cooking utensils)
• Bed linen and towels provided
• Cleaning of common areas once per week
• Free high-speed WiFi access
• Utility bills and council tax included
• Room key
• Great location near underground, buses and shops
• Less than 5 minutes’ walk to school
• Garden

• Minimum age: 18 (students aged 16–17 accepted if accompanied by a responsible adult).
• Minimum stay: 2 weeks.
• Check in: Sundays 10am to 5pm. Check out: Saturdays by 10am.

To guarantee your booking a 10% non-refundable deposit is required, payable within 2 weeks of invoicing. Holding deposit: £100 cash on arrival (refunded in cash at the end of stay if there is no damage and the room is left clean).

Cleaning. Students are responsible for cleaning their bedroom, towels and bed linen during their stay and on departure. Rooms are inspected on departure; failure to leave them clean will result in the deposit not being refunded.

Cancellations before arrival. Once accommodation is confirmed, cancellation, postponement or curtailment of stay will incur a penalty depending on the notice given:

• 5 weeks or more prior to the start date: £55 placement fee + non-refundable deposit.
• 4 weeks or less prior: £55 placement fee + non-refundable deposit + 2 weeks’ accommodation fee.

Cancellations after arrival: a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required, otherwise a penalty of 4 weeks’ stay (or the full remaining stay if less than 4 weeks left). The £55 placement fee and deposit are non-refundable.

This accommodation is provided by a third-party agency and Nacel English School London takes no responsibility for the service provided.

Damages: students are fully responsible for any damage they may cause to the property.
