Nacel House

Nacel House is newly refurbished and opened for the first time in April 2023. The house is modern, with all rooms having en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, double glazing and heating controlled individually in each room. There is a spacious double kitchen and a social dining area with a large TV. The house also has a garden for students to enjoy.

Location

Our student-shared house is of the highest standard and is located in the vibrant, safe and leafy Hendon Central area of North London, with many transport connections including several bus routes, an underground station (Hendon Central), shops, pubs, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, parks and gyms. The 125 bus (a 1-minute walk from Nacel House) takes you directly to Finchley Central, a 1-minute walk from Nacel English School London (about a 10-minute journey).

Accommodation placement fee: £55

Prices per week, per person:

All prices include a weekly bathroom clean and hoover of the room.

Optional extra services: change of bed linen and 2 towels - £20 per clean (bookable weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly). Student travel & health insurance - £5.80 per week.

Refundable deposit: £200 (returned in cash or by bank transfer if the room is kept clean and undamaged, otherwise used for cleaning or small repairs).

Summer supplement: £38 per week (21st June 2026 – 22nd August 2026).

• Minimum age: 18.
• Minimum stay: 2 weeks (for 1 week, enquire).
• Check in: Sundays 10am to 8pm. Check out: Saturdays by 11am.

To guarantee your booking a 10% non-refundable deposit is required, payable within 2 weeks of invoicing.

Cancellations before arrival. Once accommodation is confirmed, cancellation, postponement or curtailment of stay will incur a penalty depending on the notice given:

• 5 weeks or more prior to the start date: £55 placement fee + non-refundable deposit.
• 3–4 weeks prior: £55 placement fee + non-refundable deposit + 2 weeks’ accommodation fee.
• Less than 2 weeks prior: £55 placement fee + non-refundable deposit + 4 weeks’ accommodation fee (or full stay if booked less than 4 weeks).

Cancellations after arrival: a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required, otherwise a penalty of 4 weeks’ stay applies (or the full remaining stay if less than 4 weeks left). The £55 placement fee and the deposit are non-refundable. Cancellations are only accepted with a valid documented reason.

Damages: students are fully responsible for any damage they may cause to the property.
